A register of moneys paid to the Department and moneys paid out on account of Dreadnought migrants. Shows number (this column is not used except occasionally to record loans made to the migrant); surname; Christian names; moneys paid to the Department - private moneys (date London, amount, date Sydney), repayments of loan (date, folio, instalment), and Trustees' contributions (date, folio, for passage, for farm); moneys paid out by the Department - private moneys (date, amount, number), and repaid to Federal Department on account of loan for passage (date, amount, number), and for training farm (date, amount, number); and remarks.On page 198 there is a schedule in gross of moneys received and paid out on account of groups of migrants (ie. per ship). It shows date received, from whom (usually Dreadnought Trustees), on account of, amount (for passage), remitted to Melbourne (date, amount), remarks (cheque number etc.). The "on account of" column shows only groups of boys, eg. "passage of boys per 'Euripides' 4.7.24, 61 @ £6 ea." This schedule covers 1924-25.
