Notebooks 1 and 2 - NRS 5466 [2/5764-65] 28 December 1921 - 9 August 1922 were kept by F.W. Kitching; notebook 3 - NRS 5466 [2/5766] 20 December 1927 - 9 March 1928 was kept by A.M. Webb, and survives only in part (some 12 pages of the original 177).

All three notebooks give the title of each case dealt with, those appearing for the parties concerned, and a brief summary of the proceedings.
