The ships included are the: Admiral Lyons, Alfred, Aloe, Beejapore, Blenheim, Boanerges, Conway, Edward Oliver, Emma, Fitzjames, Glen Isla, Hastings, Golconda, Irene, John & Lucy, John Bunyan, Kate, Mary Ann, Mary Pleasant, Matoaka, Monica, New Great Britain, Plantagenent, Peter Maxwell, Regina, Stebonheath, Telegraph, Vocalist, Washington Irving, Zemindar. They give the following details: number of application, name of emigrant, age, name of depositor, amount paid in colony for passage and outfit, additional payment required by the Commissioners and remarks. The lists in a) also record whether the emigrant sailed or defaulted. The information would appear to have been used in the compilation of the Immigration deposit journals(9/6182.1). 1 bundle. The documents in the series are in two parts:
      1. Lists "of persons towards whose passage or outfit contributions have been paid ... under the Rem. Regs., and who have received embarkation orders to join the ship ...". These lists appear to have been forwarded to the Colonial Secretary of New South Wales under covering letters from the Government Emigration Board, London. The ships included are: Alfred, Aloe, Boanerges, Escort (no list attached), Glen Isla, John & Lucy, John Bunyan, Regina and Washington Irving.
