These are manuscript copies of letters about the administration of the assisted immigration scheme in other colonies, principally Victoria. Most of the letters concern returns not submitted in the required manner, but some letters are of a more general nature, such as 46/16, which sets out the procedure used by the Sydney Agent in rejecting applications received from persons in other colonies.
