The inquiry was brought before the Disciplinary Tribunal constituted under the Medical Practitioners' Act, 1938. The material includes rough notes of the inquiry; evidence brought before the inquiry; printed transcripts of the investigation; two copies of the Appeal Book, which contains the transcript and copies of exhibits of Dr. Meehan's appeal brought before the Supreme Court of New South Wales; newspaper cuttings; and rough notes and minutes from the Board of Directors of the Bonalbo District Hospital for December 1963 and February 1964.
