These volumes record similar details as given in the series Registers of patients and admission books.

They are arranged chronologically by the year and date of admission, as well as the overall number on register and the number for the year. The columns record the following patient details: name, sex (M/F), age, social condition (M [Married], S [Single] or U [Unknown]), number of children, occupation, nativity, residence, religion, how they had been sent or admitted, date of medical certificate and by whom it was signed, and the form of mental disorder.
