This volume records returned soldiers admitted to what appears to have been a temporary army psychiatric hospital. The information given includes: number of case, regiment or corps, troop, battery or company, register number, rank, name, age, completed years of service, disease, dates admitted and discharged, result (transferred to another hospital, discharged to duty, discharged as an invalid, or died), religion, ship on which patient arrived back from service, date, and patient's home address. The volume also includes one page of entries for 'Military Cottages Hospital, Ward A', 1 June-26 July 1920
