These volumes record admissions and discharges showing date of last previous admission, number on medical register, number for year, date of admission, name in full, sex, age, social condition, number of children, occupation, nativity, residence, religion, date of discharge and remarks.
This series is continued without explanation at the end of the first volume of the series Register of admissions and discharges (5/8).
