The entries in these registers are filled in by the Police when depositing a body. The information given includes: personal details (name, occupation, sex, age, place of birth); a full description (in case of an unidentified body); statement of wounds or injuries; circumstances under which the death took place; a listing of all property found on the body and a note of how that property was disposed of.
