This bundle comprises the minutes of meetings of term and annual meetings.
Records of these meeting are incomplete as there is no consistent length of time between the meetings indicting the potential that others could be held although there is no copy of the minutes within this series. Issues covered at these meetings included staffing changes to supervisors, new projected available to members such as horticultural, clerical assistance to staff, updates on annual competitions, and feedback from the Australian Council of Junior Farmers.
