These minutes show the date and time of each meeting of each committee and the members present. The committees involved were the two set up to select and furnish offices, and to prepare a Common Seal respectively; the regular committees to deal with assessment, finance, education, public works, bye-laws, and audit; and the two extraordinary committees set up "For obtaining legal advice on the validity of the Charter" and "To examine the original charter and to Enquire into and take evidence on all matters concerning the same".
