Minutes of the weekly and special meetings of the Board which show date of meeting, members present, matters tabled for the Board's consideration, and the Board's decision in each case. The minutes cover all aspects of the Board's responsibilities, including confirmation of the appointment, dismissal and transfer of teaching staff, consideration of Inspectors' reports, requisitions for furniture and teaching equipment, and applications for additional grants in aid from denominational authorities (eg. for the erection or improvement of school buildings).
