Full description

These vouchers form the accompanying papers authorizing and explaining each payment. They state the department authorizing payment, and the amount and purpose of the payment. Itemized invoices of purchases and receipts are included. These papers were created while Lithgow was Commissary of Accounts and later retained by him when he became Auditor General.
