These are registers of fees and other fines collected by the Clerk of Petty Sessions, Gunning, in this capacity and also in his position as an agent of the Lands Department and the Treasury. The registers include: fees of the Court of Petty Sessions; dog registration fees; fines; licences; assessment on sheep; land sales by selection after auction; conditional land sales; leases; timber licences etc.; District Court fees; and gold fields revenue.
