This volume contains particulars of the payment of allowances (eg. for special duties, maintenance of houses, etc.) and salaries to constables giving name of constable, period of payment and amount. The volume also gives particulars of monies paid for conveying prisoners, repairs to and cleaning of the Lock-up, salaries for special constables, the supply and overseeing of stores and other disbursements.
