Register of cases tried before the Criminal Court at Sydney showing: number of case, name of defendant, when and by whom committed, charges, witnesses, certificate, when tried, verdict and sentence.

There is a closing note at the end of the volume by Judge Wylde: "The new Charter of Justice by virtue of the 4. Geo:4 ch: was proclaimed on Monday 18th May 1824 - thus superseding all the functions of the former existing Courts in the Colony".
