Minutes of proceedings show date of hearing, members of the Court, names of defendants, evidence given, verdict, sentence, and, where applicable, recommendations regarding mitigation of sentence. This series is incomplete.

A chronologically arranged schedule of prisoners tried noting the location of the relevant Proceedings can be found in Appendix A, pages 6-36, of the unpublished guide to the records of the Court of Criminal Jurisdiction. There is also an alphabetical index to people mentioned in the schedule. Both the unpublished guide and the index are available in the Western Sydney reading room.
