This series holds administrative files that capture the reporting and administration of projects and other functions of Public Works and its subordinate agencies.
It includes files concerning administrative, non-project, and non-construction matters. Records include administrative correspondence and responses to enquires, committee proceedings and meeting minutes, ministerial correspondence, legislation/policy formation, reports, strategic management records, and other related files.
The files are organised in alpha-numeric order with most file numbers containing a prefix of "A". However, due to the various file numbering changes that have occurred over time within Public Works - not all file numbers follow the "A" prefix system.
