This series contains the rate cards from the Hunter Valley Conservation Trust. These were used in lieu of rate books. Each card covers 1 rate payer for a period of 4 calendar years.
The rate cards consist of the following information: card number, name, comments, legal act, transfer number, then for each year ending; address, arrears, current assessments, interest on overdue rates, and total amount payable.
The rate cards are divided into the regional Divisions A-D and then arranged alphabetically by rate payer surname.
