Full description

This series contains the chief's office night reports for the male wards at Parramatta Psychiatric Centre. The book records the daily statistics and movements of male patients at the hospital. The book is arranged by day and includes the following information: the number of patients in each ward (numbered 1-10), a separate count of voluntary, free and criminal patients, the total number of patients, names of patients who were admitted or returned from leave, names of patients who were discharged, died or on leave, and the names of patients who have moved to a different ward. When a patient has died, it may note their cause of death and admission number.
