This series comprises name indexes to patients recorded in the Registers of patients and admissions books and to Medical case books for Rydalmere Hospital.
The index is chronologically arranged into alphabetical categories by surname of the patient, with each alphabetical sequence further separated into male and female patients. The index details: number in admission register, name, date of admission, date of discharge or death, columns to indicate whether the patient recovered, relieved, did not improve, died or escaped, the medical case book volume and folio number, and any remarks.
