The box contains twenty-one letters, from the following: the Colonial Secretary; the Commissioner, Court of Requests, Newcastle; the Gaoler, Newcastle Gaol; the Sheriff's Office. Included among the letters is what appears to be a list of convicts assigned, from Newcastle Gaol, to the employ of a Dr Graham and a Mr Brennand.
