Deposited Deeds comprise [enclosed] documents such as Mortgage, Conveyance or Statutory Discharge that have been deposited against a parcel of land in accordance with the Conveyancing Act. The records are arranged by item number. Legal Envelopes that hold “enclosures” . Each Envelope is identified with an item number.

The Deposited Deed packets are not available via the Historical Land Records Viewer (HLRV). Copies of Deposited Deeds can be purchased via an Information Broker. For more information see the NSW Land Registry Services website
