This files series document the functional responsibilities of the agency with regard to land tenure, land transfer, land claims, management of land set aside for use for Aboriginals and the day to day management of Trust properties including the allocation & reporting on Federal & State grant funding including the funding allocation from Department of Aboriginal Affairs for the maintenance of properties.

The files series documents the movement & placement of individuals and extended families providing a secondary source for research to address familial searches relating to Stolen Generation matters. The files series also documents Sacred sites matters.  The files series documents the day to day management of Aboriginal Reserves including the assignment of Reserve numbers.
