This series contains the Register of Undertakings and individual instruments for enforceable undertakings. Investigations of over-charging of ESL resulted in refund undertakings (a form of enforceable undertaking).

This series also includes documents relevant to one entry of premises pursuant to section 59 and constitutes the register of entries pursuant to section 69 of the Act

While the ESLIM had the powers to issue Public Warning Statements and contravention and prevention notices and apply to the Supreme Court for Compensation Orders, none were issued or made.
