These volumes contain copies of circulars distributed to all gaols from the Comptroller General of Prisons relating to such matters as: amendments to the Public Service Act, what constitutes a habitual criminal, and the private escorting of prisoners from gaols.
Volume 7/13664 also contains carpenters' plans and specifications.
