This series contains volumes that record applications for building works submitted to Council. Information recorded includes: date plans received; name of owner and builder; estimated value; description of building including street or road; section, lot, frontage and depth, name of estate; date presented to Council; Council's decision; minute number; date plans were returned; and signature of persons to whom plans were returned.
Building applications August 1952-February 1957 are contained in the same volume as applications received by Municipality of Petersham (1941-1949).
