Information recorded includes: date plans received; name of owner and builder; estimated value; description of building including street or road; section, lot, Building Supervisors report, date presented to Council; Council's decision; minute number; date plans were returned; and signature of persons to whom plans were returned. Registers are arranged alphabetically by street.
