This series documents the Town Clerk's correspondence on general matters concerning the administration of the activities of Auburn Council. The records are filed by 2-number prefix, then a dividing slash, followed by 2-number consecutive number (eg 93/12). The first 2 digits may generate numerous number sequences, and occasionally even part files. Numbers remain relevant year after year, with additional files created under the same number.
