Full description
This series contains the discharge cards from Ryde Hospital.
They comprise of the following information: name, address, age, sex, religion, admission date, diagnosis, result, discharge [date], ward, bed, serial number, and honorary medical officer. At the bottom of each card the patient is asked if they were satisfied with the treatment given, signing their name either next to yes or no and with a witness signature as well.
The cards are arranged alphabetically by surname.
