This series contains the minutes of the monthly meetings of the Royal Botanic Gardens and Domain Trust [1980-] and the Botanic Gardens in its preceding forms.

For each meeting the attendees and any apologies are recorded. The last meeting minutes are confirmed and any remaining actions from the previous meeting are addressed before moving on to the new agenda. The meeting topics include the following related to the Domain and Royal Botanic Gardens: financial matters, staffing, permits, cleaning and restoration, research endeavours, facilities, publications, services, events, developments and associated societies.
