This volume records particulars of police charges and summons cases for hearing before the bench of magistrates at Narooma.
It contains the following details: date of hearing; number of case and whether charge or summons; prosecutor or complainant; defendant; offence or cause of action; fees chargeable or paid previous to hearing by complainant or defendant; how disposed of; signature of magistrate; whether imprisoned, time allowed or paid, etc; date of payment; amounts paid.
The volume also contains an alphabetical index by the name of the defendant in the front section.
