This volume contains typed up minutes of the Ku-Ring-Gai Planning Committee. The Minutes record each meeting chronologically in a bound minute book. The minutes of each meeting were signed by the Town Clerk and the Mayor after being confirmed at the following meeting to confirm that they were a true and accurate record.

The committee discussed topics such as, town planning, shopping and recreational facilities, road locality, widening and maintenance, hospital site and zoning issues.
