Full description

On 8 April 1986, the Premier of New South Wales directed, under Section 101 of the Public Service Act 1979, that the Public Service Board carry out a special inquiry into whether the Chairman of the Corporate Affairs Commission or any other commissioner impeded, or sought to impede, the Commission's investigation into the Balanced Property Group. (1) The 571-page final report of the inquiry was presented to the Premier on 22 November 1988 (2) and was ordered to be printed in February 1989. (3)
