The records in this series include two copies of the Report that was originally to be completed on or before 30 April 1990, but the Letters Patent were amended on 18 April, and it was delivered to the Premier on 29 June 1990. Also included are the Police Commissioner's Response to the Report, a record of the exhibits, a number of notebooks belonging to the police officers being investigated, witness statements that had not been tendered, a record of newspaper cuttings and media coverage and public responses, and a copy of the Department of Public Prosecutions file relating to the Blackburn Prosecution.
