This series contains the death registers from Bankstown Hospital [1957-1992] and Bankstown-Lidcombe Hospital [1992- ].
Each templated register records the following details for each individual: number for year, name, admission number, date of death, age, Honorary Medical Officer (HMO), public or intermediate, death certificate, autopsy, cause of death, date admitted, and number of days admitted.
The registers are arranged chronologically by date of death.
