Full description

This series consists of the set of agenda and associated papers, for meetings of the Approvals Committee of the Heritage Council of New South Wales. The subjects covered include: Action Reports; Integrated Development applications / Section 60 / Section 140 Evacuation Permits; and Development Application Referrals and Major Project Application Referrals Under Part 3A, 4 or 5 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 (Act No.203, 1979). The Approvals Committee was set up as delegate of the Heritage Council to assess items of State heritage significance for the Minister in accordance with the Heritage Act 1977 (Act No.136, 1977). The Approvals Committee determines, comments on, or suggests amendments to proposed changes to listed items under delegation from the Heritage Council of NSW.
