This series was created to comply with the State Owned Corporations Act and subsequent legislation by holding records relating to the membership of Delta Electricity’s Board and associated sub-committees.

This series comprises records relating to the management of Board activities including directors' disclosures of financial and business interests, appointments and separations of board members including shareholder voting, director and office holder indemnities for serving members, schedules of directors, and company seal registers. This series also includes board appointments and membership records for the Delta Electricity Board.

An individual file was created for each Board member.

The digital copies held are the original documents.
