This series contains the correspondence files of the Clarence River County Council. The files do not have a prefix but have numerical descriptors of up to three digits before another three digits of ascending order separated by a hyphen. The descriptor is determined by the subject. The files include correspondence from government departments, other local government bodies, statutory authorities etc. Apart from administrative matters these files cover the responsibilities of the Council including floodplain management and weed control.
