Full description

This series consists of Education Gazettes published by the Department of Education and its successor agencies.

The Gazette was first published in August 1970 in order to comply with the requirements of the Teaching Service Act, 1970.

The Gazette is divided into three parts:
- Part 1 - Personnel notices: notices of appointments, promotions, dismissals and annulments of appointments of officers in accordance with Section 44 of the Teaching Service Act, 1970
- Part 2 - General Notices: proclamations, regulations, details of salary agreements and awards
- Part 3 - Amendments: details of all amendments to the Teaching Service Act and/or the regulations thereof, as well as amendments to the Teachers' Handbook. (1)
