This series comprises the submissions received by the Royal Commission into the former Chelmsford Private Hospital and Mental Health Services in New South Wales. Submissions were received in relation to parts 1(a) and 1(b) of the Terms of Reference. Submissions were received by former patients and staff of Chelmsford Private Hospital, Department of Health and by the Public Interest Advocacy Centre are held in this series.
The series used the Chelmsford Hospital Royal Commission Transcript Enquiry System, a free-text database managed by the STATUS software were it stored electronic submissions in the Submissions database.
