The series contains the Miscellaneous Bodies Corporate Register.

The Register appears to have been created in the 1980s and provides records of documents registered by each Miscellaneous Body Corporate created by an Act of Parliament, from 1926 when registration commenced.

There is an index at the start of the volume with column headings for the Serial number, Name of Body Corporate, Act of Parliament, Notification, Reference, Page, Packet and Registration number.

The Page number refers to a page further in the volume which details the Document number, Name of Document and Date of Lodgement for the corporate body. There is a description of the original documents produced in the process of lodgement with the Registrar General. The series is related to NRS 15523 Miscellaneous Bodies Corporate files.

The volume entries were entered in numerical order by Packet number for each organisation. The volume was not updated after 1996 when electronic records commenced.
