This series contains the Board minutes for monthly meetings covering the running of the hospital and provision of health service to the Forbes community.

Each month the minutes were distributed in a package called working papers along with the next month's meeting agenda. This is also how the official minutes were arranged.

These records remain arranged with the agenda of the next meeting as the top document however they are recorded in this Series by the actual Board meeting date, not the agenda date.

The minutes of the board meetings also include Board report minutes which may include: House Works committee, Finance (usually conducted immediately prior to the Board Meeting), Fundraising committee, Education Committee etc.

This series also contains the Board By-Laws as well as lists and registers of Board member nominations and appointments.
