Full description

This series contains enrolment cards for the period 1958-1969. These small cards (15cm x 10cm) record much the same information as admission registers, i.e., admission number, date of admission, name, date of birth, means of travel to school, progression through the classes and father's name and occupation (according to the instructions on each card, only in the case of the father's death would the mother's or guardian's name be collected) and home address. Recorded on the back of the cards are the following details: cadet membership, sports membership, school last attended, date of leaving school or transfer to another school and occupation taken up. These details have not been completed for every student. The enrolment cards are arranged in alphabetical order within each year.
