This volume contains copies of monthly abstracts and acquittances showing for each officer: where stationed, situation (position held), name, condition (free or bond), period, number of days, yearly salary, daily salary, amount and signature as receipt for payment. Also included are memos of appointments and discharges showing date of appointment or discharge, name of individual and sometimes reason for discharge.(4/6521). 1 vol.
