Full description

This series comprises records relating to the governance of the corporation including high-level decision making, board reporting, corporate establishment and accountability.

Records include legal instruments and business registrations needed for the corporation to operate including: Australian Business Number registration, business name registration, memoranda and articles of association for the corporation, shareholder certificates, service agreements (treasury and risk management) with NSW Treasury Corporation, and registration for the National Electricity Market Management Company(NEMMCO) / Australian National Electricity Market (NEM) and granting / revocation of powers of attorney for individual office holders to act for the corporation. Corporate reporting records include: shareholder quarterly and half-yearly reports, statement of corporate intent / business plan, and final sets of annual accounts.

Papers have been removed from folders and placed as loose papers in numbered and labelled wallets. Wallets are numbered sequentially and similar files grouped together.
