Full description

This series comprises governance records relating to the consolidated group of business entities which came to be fully owned by Cobbora Holding Company Pty Ltd, a state-owned corporation. The records relate to the planning and establishment of the Cobbora Coal Project, an open cut coal mine proposed by Cobbora Holding Company Pty Limited in Central Western NSW. 

The records include: board minutes and meeting papers; board resolutions including 'flying minutes' relating to resolutions made outside of board meetings; and annual accounting reports. Also includes design feasibility studies, photographs, plans, drawings, Investigations, project status reports, drilling reports, surveys and maps.
