The series consists of submissions made to the Workers Compensation Legislation Amendment Bill 2001.

The records consist of correspondence, submissions and documents sent to the Minister for Industrial Relations, J Della Bosca, in reference to legislative changes to the Workers Compensation Legislation Amendment Bill 2001. The files were submitted by general members of the public and various organisations.

The amendments to the Bill related to assistance for injured workers, lump sum compensation and new claims procedures. (1)
