This series contains legal and quasi legal documents that appear to have been retained as part of the responsibilities of the Senior Accounts Manager. It includes legal advice and matters pertaining to land use as well as contractual matters. The records were created to ensure the Council had available documents that verify the council's Administrative, financial and legal obligations. Chronological arrangement with a sequential number, prefixed with "LD" identifying each enveloped item.
