The administration files record the general day to day business of Council including Council elections, significant celebrations and events and town planning matters including heritage matters. This series also holds reports from various committees. It also includes significant matters such as the Homebush Bay Bi-Centennial Park development and the Parramatta River Conservation project. There is a small amount of correspondence after the merger of Concord Municipal Council, when it became the City of Canada Bay Council.
